The firm
A firm built on continuity
Antoine Syriani founded the firm in Beirut in 1997. It has grown into a team of seven lawyers and remains a close-knit, independent practice, with the founding partner involved in the firm's work and in its client relationships.
Our clients range from Lebanese family businesses to international groups with operations in Lebanon. Many have worked with us for years, which lets us advise with a real understanding of their business.
Lebanese law draws heavily on the French civil-law tradition, while many international transactions are written under common law. Our lawyers work comfortably across both, and in Arabic, French and English.
